Occasional Tables

The table above is made from ambrosia maple with some curl. The top is book-matched with live edge, and features a `lake’ of epoxy resin, dyed green.  The legs and lower shelf are solid poplar, painted  a semi-glossy black. The top tapers from 10.75″ to 14.0″ wide, and is 26 . 75″ long.  The table is 22.5″ high. The finish is several coats of Waterlox high-gloss finish. $650.

The table above measures 24.0″ by 36.0″ and stands 27.0″ high. It is made of book-matched padauk with live edges, but with the edges turned inward to form the banks of the epoxy `river’. The river contains black river stones and white pebbles.  The legs are hairpin legs with black satin finish, and the finish on the table top is Waterlox high-gloss finish. This table led to the commissioned sofa/hall table. $850.

The table below is made from cypress with live edge, with the live edge turned inward to form the banks of the epoxy river. The river contains pea gravel. The legs are hairpin legs with black satin finish, and the top is finished with Waterlox high-gloss finish. The table is 20.25″ by 32.75″, and stands 18..0″ high. $650.

This round table is made from cypress  with live edge, but the live edge is turned inward to form the banks of the epoxy `river’. The river is filled with aluminum shavings. The legs of the table are ash, and the lower shelf is cypress with a small amount of live edge. The table is 22.25″ in diameter, and stands 22.5″ high. The finish is Waterlox high gloss. $550.
